My Approach

Throughout my career as a psychologist, I've come to recognize the inherent nature of emotional instability. It's a journey we all embark upon at some point, navigating through tumultuous seas of our innermost thoughts and feelings. In the realm of psychotherapy, I've found solace in the concept of catharsis—a cleansing process akin to emotional rejuvenation. Viktor Frankl, a profound influence in my practice, aptly described this as an "emotional death" where one sheds the weight of pretense and societal expectations to embrace authenticity.

Within the walls of my practice, I strive to cultivate a sanctuary—a safe haven where clients can shed their masks without fear of judgment. Each individual I encounter brings with them a unique tapestry of experiences, shaped by age, gender, ethnicity, and religious beliefs. Through my interactions with diverse clientele, I've come to appreciate the profound truth that context defines meaning. It's through understanding these contextual nuances that I can truly connect with and guide my clients toward healing.

When it comes to selecting the most appropriate treatment modality, I adhere to a client-centric approach. Rather than imposing my personal preferences, I prioritize the individual needs and circumstances of each client. My training encompasses a diverse array of modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy. Each modality serves as a tool in my arsenal, tailored to address the unique challenges and aspirations of those under my care.

In essence, my practice is a testament to the transformative power of therapy—a journey of self-discovery, resilience, and growth. Together with my clients, I embark on a voyage into the depths of the human psyche, navigating the complexities of emotion and identity to illuminate pathways toward fulfillment and well-being
